• Business and shipping addresses
• Seller's permit or resale certificate
• Business details you share with us, such as your sales channels and the product categories you buy
• Your order requests, orders and messages to us
• Any other information you give us directly or indirectly through the website or our online presence

We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you provide it.

Information collected automatically. When you access and use the website, we automatically receive:

• Device and usage information
• Your IP address
• Browser and device characteristics
• Operating system
• Referring URLs

If you access the website from a mobile phone, we also receive:

• Mobile device ID

Payment information. We do not collect or store card numbers on the website. You pay by bank wire, ACH, Zelle, or card through our bank and payment processors. They handle your payment details under their own privacy policies, and use them only to process your purchase.

03 How long we keep your data

We keep personal data provided through the website for as long as needed to deliver the products, and/or until you close your account.

We may keep personal data longer in these cases:

• you have consented, and you haven't withdrawn that consent;
• we have a legal obligation or an order from an authority; or
• the data is a seller's permit, resale certificate or sales record, which we keep as long as tax law requires.

When the retention period ends, we delete the personal data. After that, the rights of access, erasure, rectification and data portability can no longer be enforced.

Some messages we send, such as order confirmations and replies on Telegram or by email, may be generated automatically.

Email marketing. We use the information users provide to run marketing campaigns and send relevant information to our users and subscribers. We use third-party services to send these emails, so we may share certain information with them, only to send emails and only as this privacy policy allows. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. When an email we send you bounces, is marked as spam or you unsubscribe, we record that so we stop emailing you.

Records from Empire Distribution USA. Brand Name Wholesale is run by the team behind Empire Distribution USA. Account, application and order records from Empire Distribution USA have been transferred to Brand Name Wholesale and are handled under this policy. If you want your records deleted, contact us and we will delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Business transfers. If Brand Name Wholesale creates, merges with or is acquired by another entity, your information will most likely be transferred. Before your information becomes subject to another privacy policy, we will email you or place a prominent notice on our website.

Protection of Brand Name Wholesale and others. We release personal information when we believe it is appropriate in order to:

• comply with the law;
• enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or
• protect the rights, property or safety of Brand Name Wholesale, our users or others.
